iTracing App Reviews

I have an iPhone 6. The iTag device beeps non stop after the app is closed either by the user or by the phone. App interface is poor and not intuitive. Returning this item as it does not properly perform its primary function.

Connects. Finds. Chirps. Has do not disturb mode. I like it!

Its such a good device idea. Please just work on bug fixes like the constant disconnecting and trying to reconnect after that. 3 stars because if it didnt disconnect. This thing would be my life.

Very disappointed with this Groupon purchase. I bought two after I lost one of my two very expensive fobs to my car. The device wont stay connected to my phone for more than a few minutes and beeps to be reconnected. Plus, the device turns itself off after a while, which completely defeats the purpose of being able to track the device at any time. The battery in the device died within a week and I had to replace it. Awful. Just awful.

I was so excited to get these! I read the instructions thoroughly, and had it all set up just before bed. I sleep with my phone charging at me night stand and my phone went off with alerts 3-4 times. I ended up deleting the app just to get some sleep. Im very disappointed, as someone who misplaces keys often I was really hoping this would have worked better. Not to mention I paid 30.00 for two of these. :/ fix the problem please.

I too would complain to Groupon over not having vetted the product even just a LITTLE bit, but Im sure nothing would come of it. Its a great concept and might work if programmed properly, but the whole setup as currently constructed is a total abomination. Both the printed manual and in-app instructions are in choppy, broken English which immediately raised a red flag. I spent a fair amount of time trying to examine all of the settings to see if I was missing something, but it just flat out doesnt work. The sad part of writing this review is, it wont prevent anyone from being robbed as youve already been victimized by buying the device itself. The app is just the ancillary next step to watch you fumble around aimlessly, trying to make it work until you ultimately realize youve been had. Shame on you Groupon for putting out such garbage and Apple as well for not having an option for posting negative star(s) reviews!!!

Nothing about this works. I will never buy another electronic item from Groupon again.

Im glad I bought 2 iTags. After reading the reviews I didnt expect much, but for the price I felt it was worth it if only to find it didnt work. These first iTag didnt work, as expected. But the second one works great. I plan to replace the battery in the first to see if that resolves the problem. They shouldnt ship the products with the battery installed. Update: That was it. I replaced the battery in the bad unit and it now works.

I have something called try finder. It talks about pushing buttons. There are no buttons on the try finder. Can you explain what one does to use the try finder.

Whenever I even go 10 feet away from my keys it starts to blare a loud beep and wont stop until i open the app and connect to it! This product is garbage!

I gave this a 1 star because a negative star was not an option. Completely useless device. Doesnt work. Save your money

Absolute trash and waste of money! Gadget never worked. Battery life is zero and will not be buying any electronics from GROUPON AGAIN!!!

This app is related to a tracing device sold on groupon. The app has since been deleted and been replaced by this garbage app. It doesnt work at all and tried to get you to buy a related app now that is not in English at all. This app will most likely be shut down by the Apple Store.

After last update it is not working at all ,always disconnecting and there is highlighted message on the top about fees & donno what .kindly sort out this problem

App keeps telling me that my "Hardware device manufacturer does not pay copyright fees" Will connect but disconnects very quickly. Also when it disconnects it makes a VERY loud honking sound that wont quit until you open the app and fix it.
