There are lots of Japanese users as well so It would be great if the app supports Japanese language.

I buy iTag but doesnt start. Can You upgrade this app? Thank you so much.

Some bad moments

The App would with the tag, period. But... 1) if I quit the App, the tag "Thinks" it is out of range. It should trace on the background. 2) thereS no option to silence only the tag. If I leave the tag at home, it will beep forever. Id like to be notified on the phone, but the not the tag.

This app is some sort of scam which tries to get you to buy other products. I purchased and I tag product from Amazon.com and on the package it told me to download this app. The product works for a few seconds then it switches off and a banner ad comes up insisting you buy another app.

Tags connect but cant get arrows to open to add information... Reloaded but still wont work

I received an itag as a gift and had to download this app. Every time I close the app, the tag alarms. Does the app always have to be running?? I cant locate English app support anywhere. Seems a bit sketchy...

The device rings each time my phone is 25 meters away...even if I switch off the anti-lost option...

Support website is in Chinese only An update is needed; due to OIS 9.0, iTracing is INOP.
