Very good app that works with the Bluetooth Keychain

As soon as you turn on the itag device and the phone connects to it the app crashes. Please, update the app as soon as possible, I bought 2 of this devices that now are not functional. As soon as I see a working version of the app I will give a worthy feedback. Thanks

With the new update the app stops working after pairing the device with it. A banner shows up saying i dont have the copyright to use it :-(

The dongle that sucks and the app doesnt configure it.

I almost downloaded the wrong app itag. Everything so far seems just as I expected. Super easy to integrate with phone.

This app and device is horrible. You have to physically find the tag and turn it on to activate it. Always turns off and so I still cant find my keys. Waist of money.

Once the tag is paired with your phone it needs to stay connected at all times. Turn off the app or your phone and the tag will be beeping non stop. At this point you could turn off the tag but the. You wont be able to find it when needed.

ITag Keeps disconnecting from app. Have to check couple of times everyday and connect it everytime manually.

This product is pretty under-whelming. Having to power it up every time is a huge drawback and doesnt really make sense with how Id like to be able to use this product. Not worth the money for the key tags.

I cant believe I paid money for this device. I downloaded the app and fooled around to see how it worked. It doesnt. The first time I did the alert to find my phone and it made a stupid bird noise, it wouldnt turn off. I had to uninstall the app to make it shut up. So I guess this thing is worthless and this company ripped me off of my money.

I connected this today and when I left my keys in the living room and took my phone to the bedroom, the app started freaking out and chirping and tweeting and at the same time my device was beeping in the front room. I reconnected my app to the device but then a few minutes later it started freaking out again. I cant believe I paid money for this device.

Waste of money

A classic case of getting ripped off. Vague instructions. Cant get it to work; and to make the matters worse, I got TWO of them!

I got four of these tags on sale on Groupon. It would have been nice to know BEFORE I bought them that the app is useless.

Fails to mention that you must run application in background FOREVER if you want it to work right. If you happen to accidentally swipe the app closed, the device will beep non stop until you physically push the button to turn it off. Nice idea, but I feel this was a requirement that was conveniently left out of the description. I feel cheated, and will not do business with GROUPON again.

This little thing is cleverly invented. The instructions are written by someone whose first language is not English, but if you read carefully, it will make sense. Did you know you can take pictures from your phone remotely using this little thing? For those who want to take a selfie but dont want it to look like a selfie, just use the device to click and your pic will be taken from across the room! You can also use your phone to find the device (if you leave device in car in big parking lot for eg) or the device to use your phone. Awesome and worth the $3 I paid for it!! Haha
