If you’re looking to buy a Bluetooth tracker that uses this app, look elsewhere. I bought a tracker from Groupon, and, after trying to pair it with just about every other app I could find on the App Store that looked remotely like the one pictured in the instructions (the instructions didn’t mention which app to use), I contacted Groupon support and was directed to this app. Upon opening the app on my iPhone 5 running iOS 9 (yes, it is the final release), it asks (briefly) if it can use notifications, then crashes. Open it again…same result. Now I’m left with a hardware tracker that I can’t get to work at all.

Whenever you turn your itag on it crashes the app, so you cant even connect your tags to the app

Before I upgraded to iOS 9, it worked poorly. The alarm would go off randomly, sometimes even when my iPod was resting on the iTag!! The iTags tend to shut themselves off and the app will lose connection with the tags without any warning. When you want to hear the alarm it doesnt work and when you dont, it goes off. So maybe its good that the app no longer runs under the latest iOS!?!

Waste of money. The app doesnt work at all.

I bought the tag like the others! Apps is crashing when the tag is turned on! Dont waste your money. I will try to get my money back! Rip off!

Please ad Maps in the Map Switch.

The app is poorly translated and doesnt function like I expected. It needs UI refinement and its features need to be explained more clearly. Battery life on my actual tag is very poor, lasts two days at most. Been through two batteries, so Ive spent ten bucks on the tag, and 12 dollars on batteries for a non functioning key chain and a shoddy app. Great idea, just wish it worked as advertised.

Stupid tag starts beeping if the app disconnects from the tag, eg turn off Bluetooth or just let your phone sit for a while locked. What good is that???

There are lots of Japanese users as well so It would be great if the app supports Japanese language.

It works well. However, the tag is sometimes missed without any warning. Then I need to turn on the tag again since the tag is switched off automatically. Please advise this is the tags issue or the programs bag.

The idea is good, however the app doesnt work at all!

When I lunch the app without Bluetooth in opens. But when I turn on Bluetooth the app turns off!!! Or :when I open the app -and my tracker is off I can see the menu of the app, but when I turn on the tracer -the app turns off!!! We need this app, please resolve a problem.
